Registration Details

  • Conference Dates: June 2-7, 2002. Conference Telephone Number: (757) 727-5367.

  • Registration materials should be mailed to: Hampton University Ministers' Conference, Office of Special Projects, Hampton University, Hampton, VA, 23668.  Credit Card applications may be faxed to (757) 727-5643, Attention: Special Projects.  Conference registration materials may be secured by writing to MinistersConference@Hamptonu.Edu.
     
  • PLEASE DO NOT BRING CHILDREN!!. Accommodations will not allow the Conference to serve them adequately.
     
  • Preregistration is encouraged. PREREGISTRATION CUT OFF IS March 30, 2002. All registration forms received after March 30, 2002 will be processed upon arrival at the on-site registration rate of $150. Please Note: NO PERSONAL CHECKS, ONLY MONEY ORDERS, CERTIFIED, CASHIER'S OR TRAVELERS CHECKS, MASTERCARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, OR DISCOVER, NO REFUNDS GRANTED AFTER MAY 25, 2002.  All refund request must be made in writing by the refund deadline.
     
  • Each participant staying on campus is required to pay a housing fee. See Room Rates above. The availability of air conditioned rooms will be on a first come, first served basis. If you are requesting a roomate, his/her form and payment must accompany your registration and room fee(s).
     
  • Check-In for pre-registration is Sunday, June 2, 2002 at 4:00 p.m. No exceptions. Check-out time for all participants staying in on-campus housing is 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 7, 2002.  No Exceptions. 
     
  • Every participant attending the conference is required to pay the registration fee of $125 (Preregister) or $150 (On-Site).
     
  • Proof of enrollment is required for all Seminar Students. 
     
  • All conference members are required to wear badges to attend all lectures, seminars and workshops. Monitors/ushers will be on duty to check for badges.
